Faience is tin glazed earthenware and a faiencerie is the factory
where faience is produced. I began collecting the faience from
Quimper about twenty years ago and within a few years I was
travelling to France to buy faience to sell to other collectors.
I have been exhibiting at antique shows, meeting with clients
in my home (and sometimes theirs) for about fourteen years.
